Vande Bharat Express trains have become a symbol of aspirational India. These trains have provided for a better connectivity between cities which are located from 250 to 600 km apart and thus have boosted the intercity travel for tourism, business and other purposes. As not many direst flights are available between two tier two cities in India even today these trains have enabled the well to do sections of the society to travel through trains quickly and comfortably.
Continuing with its promise to connect all such cities with Vande Bharat trains recently two Vande Bharat Trains were inaugurated by Hon’ble Prime Minister of India via Virtual mode.
School Kids were invited to take part in the inaugural journey and they were even allowed to take a ride in the train. The happiness on children’s face was truly a sight to behold.
The Vande Bharat Trains running between Pune to Hubli and Pune to Kolhapur will boost much needed connectivity between these two traditionally less connected regions and will boost tourism in the region.
